I'm curious about the battery you are using, and the capacity. I've done some testing on my watch, and it draws about 2uA when idle. When the display is on, it draws about 400mA. Initial testing gives me about 85 days of usage per charge, assuming I use it 10 times per day with the display on for 7 seconds each usage.
