Hello, if the tubes is faulty, there must be a cause. If any of the pins is leaky, it is practically not repairable. To refill the tube, you need to open it and weld a glass tube onto remaining of previous evacuation pipe. This is tricky because old tubes are usually made of soft glass which is prone to cracking. Generally, it would be so much work with uncertain result.. It doesnt make sense to refill a tube unless it is some very rare piece.
