I'm currently trying to get my brass working skills up. Just good enough for trim, and few accents.
The guy that has an eye for brass is Paul Parry ( http://www.bad-dog-designs.co.uk): Even with a lot of practice, by the time I'm a quarter as good as him, I'll be dead for 20-years ! A couple of examples of his work: <http://www.bad-dog-designs.co.uk/images/Diy/Hot_1.jpg> <http://www.bad-dog-designs.co.uk/images/TThermo/TT_1.jpg> Go to his site (see above). He's made a lot of clocks !
