Mike, here is a bit of brasswork for you from my latest clock, The Atomium Clock, featuring CV5278s and a PV Electronics Dink kit, your Dekatron Spinner and an OG-4 Dekatron.

Apart from the modified plumbing fittings for the stand, I made everything else in myshed!
