DST can be a pain for any clock!
Among the many clocks I've built or bought, the MOD-SIX clock seems to have the
most complete DST tables for fully unattended time changes. The manual
one-button DST on clocks from PV Electronics are probably the most future proof
AND are convenient to use with no manuals required.

DST is also an Ongoing problem, I keep getting new versions of "tzdata"
on my computer a couple of times a year
