The pinout is and breadboard connections are a lot different than I 
expected. The dot-matrix display used in arcade games have row and column 
pins.

To me, it looks like they are multiplexing all of the anodes and cathodes 
in-common. which would result in the same displayed character on all 10 
units. But then there is another string of resistors across the top, 1 per 
display. There must be some other pin on this display I dont understand.
