If you have ever run across the tube very close to the B5092 but with the rounded(bullet) front end B6844A I made a 6 digit clock and it looked real good! For about one week, then it started to go black, in two weeks all tubes were black It came from no mercury in the tubes, results in a fantastic short tube life! Tho I have many of these tubes we are done forever! So save your money,they are pretty but just no good for clocks! The b5092 style with the little radioactive symbol last the longest and from there color when lit show there is mercury in there somewhere, DLW Sent from my iPhone
