I did! I will reverse engineer it and make a replacement board. I will order 10 of them unless anyone else wants to buy(or trade for) some.
In the pictures it looks like there is a board that holds the tubes and a driver board on the back. I will try and make the tube boards as universal as possible so people can connect their own drivers. I might also design a modern driver board as well to go with it.
