You're the first person to mention that. The BOM at the bottom of the page here <https://www.nixies.us/projects/its1a-clock/>lists the actual part number, this is it at DigiKey <https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/vishay-general-semiconductor-diodes-division/1N5259B-TR/4826505> - it is a 500mW part.
