The guy who sold me my console had them, and I bought them a few
months after I bought the console.  I don't have a part number.
Basically, there are two sections of 50K audio taper and one section
of 50K linear taper.  There's also a DPDT switch on the end that
replaces the two SPST switches on the stock pots.  They are much more
compact than the original pots.

As for cost, there aren't any available so I don't know now.  The guy
I bought mine from was selling them for $45 each before I made him an
offer on the whole lot.  My guess is that some place like State would
charge quite a bit if they made any.  Can't really say how much, but
I'll bet it'd be at least $40-$50 each.  Someone please feel free to
let me know if that price is way off.

No, but I took them all apart and cleaned/lubed them when I did the
cap job.  They've never given me a problem since.
