Hi Ryan,
Regarding power supplies; keep in mind that the Neotek modules require
+/-18VDC; that is a bit unusual. Most of the bi-polar supplies are going to
be +/-15, there may be a way to adjust the regulators for the increased
voltage. I do have the current requirements for the 3C modules around
somewhere; I'll try to look for it rather than guess OR better yet perhaps
someone else knows off the top of their head. You'll also need +48VDC for
phantom and depending how you want the strip to work you may want a voltage
reference for the overload indicator. Again, I'll try to look this up later
on.

It's not much, but can help you do the conversions and figure out any one
term if you have the other two.
Rack hardware. You have a few options. Hammond makes a large variety of
enclosures, they may have something to suite what you have in mind. Look
at the catalogs or web sites from the major electronics vendors; Mouser,
DigiKey, Newark and Allied. There are a lot of companies that make these to
all kinds of specs and price ranges. I've used some stuff from a smaller
firm in NYC; the name won't come to me, I'll find it though.
