If you can see that, you should be able to see the ceramic caps, if present, they are usually just above or below the 8 pin connector on the meter card (someone more familiar with the older meter cards could chime in here, I'm more familiar with 22 and 40 segment cards from the Elite /Elan). Cory, the power supply puts out multiple voltages, so it is possible that just the 36 volt meter output is not working. The surge protector does not affect this. The Monitor select switches decide what signal goes to the VU meters. The Pk / VU switch selects the response of the LED meters (ie. whether they are showing Peak or Average levels). What part of the world are you located in?
