So I've gotten to the point where I'm checking out each of the 40 channels in my Elite. I've got 3 channels that are passing only high end signal. All channel strip functions are off, so it's got nothing to do with the EQ. Any ideas or suggestions? I've never pulled a channel strip out of this console yet. Is there anything I should watch out for when pulling it? I also have one fader that doesn't gradually increase in volume. It starts with silence then immediately comes on at volume through the range of the fader. Is this a fixable problem or is the fader shot?
