Hi all, I have been a list member for some time now, but never posted until now.
I currently am looking to upgrade my console that I have now (old '70s 16x8 Quantum Audio Labs QM-168) with something a little better/nicer. I am running an 8-track analog home studio (track to a 3M M56, mix to an Ampex AG-350). I was initially looking into Wheatstone but have read some mixed reviews on them. Now I think I am ready to take a look at Neoteks. I have heard that the later Series 1 (with the 4-band EQ) and the Series 2 are nice. I guess the Series 3 would also be nice but more difficult to maintain (?). Anyway, can anyone give me the scoop on the various Neoteks or point me in a direction/give me another resource to look at?
