Happy to contribute when I can. And while I’m pretty sure the III and IIIc are 
different, I just don’t know how different they are. Below are some scans which

We have a pretty comprehensive collection of IIIc schematics already scanned 
and pdf'd. Not sure if that will help for your particular console, but let me

Thanks again guys,
  I pulled the effects module and aux module, and the 1st 2 lights on
the supply are out. Same lights are locked on, on the main & monitor
modules. I'll need the steps required to measure the +/- 18v from the
back of the supply. Where do I set the meter and where do I place the
probes?
