Andreas,

It depends on what you are using for a client. I do not believe you can do
this with the standard issue nessus client (somebody correct me if I am
wrong). You would have to initiate a socket connection to the nessus daemon
and issue the command <NTP 1.2> and then use the other NTP commands to
choose plugins, start scans, etc. This is what I had to do when writing my
nessus client. Check out /nessus-core/doc/ntp for more info.
