Does nessusd encrypt its scanning activities in any way? I am referring to the TCP connections made and UDP packets sent by the nessusd server to a target host and not the communications between the client and the server. I assumed it doesn't because I didn't think it was feasible/possible but I read a few things that make me think I am completely wrong.
