Hi, this isn't going to work, those entries are only for the key files.
What you can do to create a complete nessusd.conf:
1.)download a sample file from www.nessus.org
2.) delete the existing file, run nessusd
 this will create a new nessusd.conf file.

then run nessus-mkcert again and add a user
