Does anyone know what the following error is.....

I know that machine is not 100% up-to-date, but it's patched to
SP2 plus all fixes to about a month ago. I will bring it right up to
date and test some more.

No, I only just realised what was killing my DHCP -- the events (running
a scan and rebooting a machine, then finding it has no allocated IP) are
usually separated by days (or at least hours).

Just as further information, the machine is a W2K Advanced Server but
running simple ICS, not RRAS and DHCP (don't ask:-) for my ADSL
connection.
