Nessus to create directory in MS machine

Hi all,

I've heard that a MS machine (don't know if WIn95, 98, NT or 2000), after 
scanning by Nessus, a directory called "nessus" was created.

Is there any nessus plugin will do this kind of action ?

Or it is really hacked by others ?
