Like several people have replied, nessus 1.2.0 is not Aqua-aware but is 
a regular X11 client. You might like to look into the Fink Proyect, 
where you can find Nessus 1.2.0, XFree86 4.2.0 and an appropiate window 
manager.

Also, everything you install under Fink goes into /sw, so it is easy to 
isolate or remove it if so desired.
