The Dr. Watson error refered to an overflow in mcshield.exe.  We have
a hodge-podge of things running in various places, especially on older
boxes like this one, and I couldn't tell you what this is exactly.
Our standard deployment now is 2k, this incident occurred on an NT 4
box.  I also don't know if the box was running a web proxy...
