I'm looking to build a script to take the output of a scan in xml and dump it into a database (Oracle most likely).
The goal is to make nessus our enterprise-wide scanner and give access to admins to see how their box has fared over time, and what they need to fix now, as well as give the security team a tool to track remediation. We intend to release this tool back to the community if it'll work well. I need to find a good definition of the structure used in the xml output to make this happen. Can anyone point me to a good guide?
