It works for some. The others need a smack on the head to point them in 
the proper direction.

No need to add subscribe to it. But a single line informing of the way to 
unsubscribe would not hurt much.

If you worry about overhead I suggest you reduce the PGP overhead as well. 
As well at the other crap in your headers:
