Nessus 1.2.x does that, Nessus 1.0.x does not. Make sure you have
SSL support compiled in Nessus 1.2.x (nessusd -d will tell you if it's
enabled). If you don't, then it's likely that your computer either lacks
OpenSSL or the OpenSSL includes (often bundled as a separate package
called openssl-devel in most distribs).
