Okay, please correct me if I am interpreting this wrong. The server will run the plugins which are set to 'yes' in the PLUGIN_SET, and if one of the 'yes' plugins is dependent on another plugin that is not explicitly set to 'no' AND auto_enable_dependencies = 'yes', then it will run the needed plugin also.
If this is the case, if auto_enable_dependencies = 'no' and a 'yes' plugin depends on a plugin that isn't listed at all, does the server skip over that plugin? (Did all that make sense?)
