Running v1.2.5 on RH 7.1 scanning a Win2k Server

Should I be concerned with any of the following nessusd.dump
entries?

program=100000
name=portmapper
alias=portmap sunrpc rpcbindversion=2
proto=17
port=111

This Win2k Server is running Arcserve. Would appear the above entry
is a problem. Also, the "send: Broken pipe" messages appear in the
file when scanning a Linux box or Windows box; no idea where they
are originating from.
