Hello.

Renaud sent me something like the patch indicated in the URL.
I've modified it quite a bit, and at one time, it worked to generate
Oracle dump format.

Once the patch is applied, compile then run

        nessusd -S > plugins.sql

A temporary file "/tmp/map_id_categ.h" is created,
which you may find useful in your analysis.

Cheers,
-Mike Slifcak

P.S. If you don't want to compile, you can run the included script
to obtain basic information about the plugins.

Hello Randy,

Sorry, I have not been precise enough.
I meant the program to generate a documentation for nasl scripts
(and C scripts also as far I understand) as it appears in the page:

http://cgi.nessus.org/plugins/

for instance.

This was discussed at in the following thread:

http://citadelle.intrinsec.com/mailing/current/HTML/ml_nessus/0557.html

Thanks
Alex
