Technically, today you could do that, because the plugins shown are
sync'ed with their CVS counterpart, so it's always the newest version
(which was not always true).
However, most of the "old" plugins get fixed with time (grammar,
references, more accurate checks, et al.) so you'd be better off
upgrading everything rather than just the last 10 plugins.
