You know, it's interesting, every time I install a new version of Nessus, it stands to reason that I'll forget to hit the "Enable Dependencies at Run Time" button under the "Plugins" tab. Of course, I will get back results for my first few scans before realizing the error--but--and here is where my question comes in, will I see any difference in results? I understand that enabling this button allows the plugins I've selected to work with the plugins in the library..correct? So, why have this option at all? Don't I confirm my use of certain plugins by clicking on them in the selection box?
