I'm not sure, but the stack looks corrupted. Just in case, if you upgraded your software, "make clean" everywhere and recompile it. If you already compiled it from scratch, that should not be necessary. Just make sure that you are linked with the right libraries (with ldd) The next step is to run valgrind.
