Yes, they were all set to "no", with the exception of the 2 plugins
I mentioned (10180 and 11135).

nessus-update-plugins was current, however, I was downloading the
all.tar.gz file until a recent post from you said not to. The problem
was even though I started using nessus-update-plugins, there were some
*OLD* plugins in the plugin directory. Those were the plugins that were
magically getting enabled. So, I deleted all the plugins and reran
nessus-update-plugins and all seems well.

I also noticed that ANY file in the plugin directory gets loaded by
nessusd. The logs (before) were showing "Loading all.tar.gz".
Currently, it is showing "Loading ." and "Loading ..".
Maybe nessusd could be updated to only load .nasl files.
