I suspect that you did not recompile the plugins when switching from
1.2.6 to 1.2.7 (or anything else - you had old includes lying around or
whatever), or maybe you've been playing with Nessus 1.3.x and then went
back to 1.2.x.
The thing is that the constant ACT_SCANNERS has changed internally
between two releases, and if you compiled the plugins with an older
version of the includes, then nessusd won't recognize the plugins as
port-scanners per-se, but probably as ACT_INIT plugins.
