Well, if you're truly sure you wish to enable them, you can use my
update-nessusrc script to include DoS plugins.  Something like:

     update-nessusrc -c 
"attack,infos,mixed,scanner,settings,denial,destructive_attack,kill_host" ~/.nessusrc

should do the trick.

It's free and should work on any unix-like system with Perl 5 and Nessus
1.1.14 or better.
