I did as you asked and this seemed to work.  It named the file y.tab.c, BTW.  I agree that this was very strange...

	make "nasl_grammar.tab.c"
	ls "*tab*"
	mv (the name of the file with *tab* in it) nasl_grammar.tab.c
	make

(however that's still very weird).
