Thanks Renaud, I've re-written the script to write the whole log in one
place to make it a bit easier to find out when the first errors occurred
- hopefully that will help.

BTW, it seem that this script in the FAQ will pull down the current
working copy, rathre than the current *released* versions (ie UNSTABLE
rather than STABLE). 

Is this the case - and if so how can I use this same cvs mecanism to get
STABLE?

It seems that nessus-core was not installed (or installed in a different
location than nessus-plugins attempts to install to)
