There's also an offline version of it, at

Tested on Solaris 8, RedHat Linux 6/7/8, FreeBSD 3/4, OpenBSD 2.9/3.0,
MacOS X and IRIX 6.5.18. Worked in every platform, except IRIX for the
online installer, where you have to do 

        wget -O install.sh http://install.nessus.org 
        sh install.sh

instead of piping wget's output to bash.
