To run the Nessus client on a Windows machine by exporting it over X, you need to be running an X client on your Windows machine. You also need to export the display from the server to the Windows client IP address. - export DISPLAY=your_ip_address:0

I use Hummingbird, but there are others available.

You're probably better off running a local client like NessusWX because then you don't get the jitter from X.

I just installed nessus 2.0.1 on my Redhat7.3 machine. Im using an old 15 inch moniter with the highest screen settings 800x600 it can handle but nessus is not all showing on my screen the bottom buttons are cut off I minimized it and tryed to take off the border without any luck? Any help on how to solve this problem. Im using GNOME desktop!
