Were there five emails with the EICAR test string? If so, they were sent using plugin # 11034, SMTP antivirus filter. How you disable plugins will depend on which client you're using to launch attacks. If you're using a GUI (such as NessusWX), there's typically a way to select which plugins are used (with NessusWX, edit Session Properties for a given session, then select the Plugins tab).
