I used to see a message in nessusd.messages along the lines of:

nmap_wraper doesn't need to run because of previous results.. or someting
like that. anyway, it takes exactly as long on test cases to run WITH or
without that filed 'nmap results' filled in, so I asusje its not running.

would sorta liketo find a way to eliminate the 90 seconds it takes per
empty ip address ;-)
