Search for the line starting "fetch_cmd=" in nessus-update-plugins,
which is probably located in /usr/local/sbin.

  ^^^^^^^^^^ - you mean plugins, don't you?

The script is relatively simple: essentially, it

   1) retrieves http://www.nessus.org/nasl/all-2.0.tar.gz (for 
      Nessus 2.x).
   2) extracts *.nasl and *.inc into your plugins directory (eg, 
      /usr/local/lib/nessus/plugins) and changes their ownership.
   3) sends a HUP signal to the nessus daemon.

This is for updating all plugins; there are also options for installing
and for displaying a single plugin.
