This looks like it's trying to look up the hostname from the IP. I'm not 
so much interested in ensuring that forward and reverse lookups match, but 
that hosts.allow can use hostnames as well as IPs to allow connections.

Have I misunderstood the patch? I'd be glad to be the guinea pig and test 
it out if I have. :)
