no ... I checked out each one individually as described in the document ... do you 
need to be in a specific directory to run the cvs? also, should I be uninstalling my 
current version (now upgraded to stable 2.0.7) or will cvs auto-upgrade?

Did you do
        cvs -z3 co nessus-libraries libnasl nessus-core nessus-plugins

first ?

(ie: is there a nessus-plugins directory in your current working
directory ?)
