Technically yes. However, be warned that you are on your own. Also,
people who distribute Nessus binaries on non-glibc systems (ie: *BSD)
are against the law, as they need by consent to link the GPL code to
a non-[L]GPL library. The only exception is for OpenSSL (read the
licence)
