Strange -- I did this in both my .nessusrc file and my nessusd.conf and
the resulting results files contained no MAC addresses, only IP addresses.
Naturally I restarted the services, later the machine, and while I
confirmed that the changes to the settings had been maintained, there was
no change in the output.

I'm using Nessus 2.0.7. I'll give it another shot and see if I can report
back with some more useful debugging clues.

When it does work, will they be reported by IP *and* MAC address at the
same time, or simply IP *or* MAC address? This is a crucial part of my
question.
