nessus x gui. Woops, damn it.. guess what... I was doing a nmap prior to test, nmap was giving me dns NAMES, and I piped those dns names to nessus.
same warning applies: If you put dns names in as targets, and those dns names don't resolve, they do now!. (well, not any more, we put the BIND 'anti-verisign' patches on our DNS servers, and clients have added that ip address to their outgoing firewall rules.)
