I was wondering whether there's a (SQL) database of all the plugins so far. The plugin lookup functionality at www.nessus.org must be using something of the sort and I was hoping it's available for use.
You can convert all the plugins to the database schema described in [1] through the nessus-extract script [2]. Of course, you can also run 'nessus -qp' to obtain the list and add it to a database.
