Replace it with the one from SunFreeWare.com. Just checking the xmission mirror for
Solaris 8 on Sparc (http://mirrors.xmission.com/sunfreeware/sparc/8/), you'll need M4.
If I remember correctly, the solaris 8 ones are b0rked. It looks like it's finding
the other compilation tools, so your paths are probably set correctly. :)

It's possible for proxies to screw with nesssus-installer.sh so I generally try to
install it from some other means.

Thanks,
Joshua Knarr

Subject: Problems compiling libnasl under solaris 2.8

If I try to compile the libnals under solaris 2.8 .

        This is the error.

        bison -d -v -t -p nasl nasl_grammar.y

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all'
        **** An error occured :/

I have checked the makefiles, I even have manualy used bison to try to
compile, but I only get an nasl_grammar.output. Nothing else.
This happens when I use the nessus-installer.sh and the sources. I have
installed the bison package from sunfreeware.com. The nessus package from the same
site does install, but it is an older version.ALso when I use that package (2.0.5) it
doesn't work. It starts scanning te range, but when it gets to the first live machine
on the list it stops.
