Indeed, we are building such a thing. It is basically a "knowledge base" of all the options and configurations in Nessus. The current status is that we are in the midst of data entry. As one might imagine, documenting every Nessus option (to a detailed level) is quite a lot of information. Nonetheless, we are actively developing this.
