Could you explain how disabling a trojan horse "modifies" your
system?

However, all scanners do interfere: they kill broken services, for
example. Or they upload files to a FTP server.
Anyway, if you find a much smarter way to check things, feel free to
write your own tool.

Tk if we accept to switch to Perl, TCL or Python; Motif, if we want an
old but stable toolkit...
